My Journey to Happiness.

This is me learning to live again. Welcome to my journey to not only finding happiness, but myself to. You see I have been a little lost lately struggling to live with Anorexia, until now. I have chosen to fight and this is my first step into recovery, searching for health and happiness as well as trying to find myself.

I am going on a road trip and I shall take my fridge and cupboards with me or at least the yumminess that hides within them with me. I admit I already feel a little anxious because 'why on earth do I need so much food?' but I know it is always best to be prepared and if we are there longer I can always get some more food but you can never have too much right?! Plus I don’t even know if we have an oven and things so it is certainly not too much! This trip will not be a sneaky way to restrict, it won’t, it won’t!
I bought my usual easy to take packed things such as popcorn, rice cakes, mini gingerbread men, biscuits, nakd bars, trek bars, percy pigs, as of yesterday a new love chocolate pretzels, fruit yoyos, bear nibbles, prunes, still quite scary nature valley bars, hot chocolates, almonds, porridge, cherrios, a food doctor pot, some pitas, a food doctor soup and of course some chickpeas. I also bought some bananas, noodle pots, ready meals, breakfast yogurt and granola pots, more yogurt, orange and apple juice oh and of course I shall take a few bars of dark chocolate with me.
In other news I also bought some seedy thick bread which I haven’t had since the beginning of my recovery so yes quite scary but it looks delicious oh and what is that I here you say? It is indeed time for lunch. Love.
